Deux statuts bien identifi\u00e9s, encadr\u00e9s par des r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9cises, qui ont accompagn\u00e9 les grandes vagues d\u2019expansion internationale des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1931\">Mais dans un monde du travail devenu <strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1576\">hybride, mobile et connect\u00e9<\/strong>, cette approche appara\u00eet d\u00e9sormais insuffisante. Les organisations recherchent davantage d\u2019<strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1682\">agilit\u00e9 RH<\/strong>, de <strong data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1712\">flexibilit\u00e9 juridique<\/strong> et de <strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1743\">rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/strong>. C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019un troisi\u00e8me mod\u00e8le s\u2019impose progressivement : le <strong data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1855\">portage salarial international<\/strong>, une solution moderne et pragmatique qui red\u00e9finit le r\u00f4le du DRH global.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1931\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfe.fr\">sources<\/a><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1936\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1993\">Entre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique et agilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2436\">Pour un <strong data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2024\">DRH international<\/strong>, concilier conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale et besoins op\u00e9rationnels rel\u00e8ve souvent du casse-t\u00eate. Le <strong data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2141\">d\u00e9tachement international<\/strong> reste adapt\u00e9 aux missions temporaires dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, en maintenant le contrat de travail et la couverture sociale du pays d\u2019origine. L\u2019<strong data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2303\">expatriation<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 elle, r\u00e9pond aux projets de long terme, mais impose une lourdeur administrative et des implications fiscales importantes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2823\">Or, le terrain appelle plus de souplesse. Les projets \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger sont de plus en plus <strong data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2562\">courts, sp\u00e9cifiques, transverses<\/strong>.
