Comment maintenir la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe quand les fronti\u00e8res physiques s\u2019effacent ? Et surtout, comment red\u00e9finir la mobilit\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les mod\u00e8les de travail se d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisent ?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1663\">Selon une \u00e9tude Mercer 2024, pr\u00e8s de <strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1409\">40 % des entreprises autorisent d\u00e9sormais une forme de travail \u00e0 distance transfrontalier<\/strong>, et plus de <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1443\">68 % des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> se disent int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger \u2014 sans pour autant vouloir \u201cs\u2019expatrier\u201d au sens classique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1663\">Un signal fort : la mobilit\u00e9 internationale ne dispara\u00eet pas, elle <strong data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1662\">change de nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<section class=\"txt-img padded-top\">\n    <div class=\"sv-g\">\n      <div class=\"sv-u-1 sv-u-m-1-2 m--left\">\n        <div class=\"txt-img__content\">\n                      <h2>1. Le mod\u00e8le de l\u2019expatri\u00e9 \u00ab col blanc \u00bb en mutation<\/h2>\n                    <div class=\"txt-img__text\">\n            <p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"2161\">Pendant des d\u00e9cennies, la mobilit\u00e9 internationale reposait sur un mod\u00e8le bien \u00e9tabli : l\u2019expatriation longue dur\u00e9e, assortie d\u2019un package complet (logement, \u00e9cole, couverture sant\u00e9, fiscalit\u00e9, accompagnement du conjoint).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"2161\"><br data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"1954\" \/>Ce dispositif, essentiel pour accompagner la croissance internationale, reste <strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2076\">pertinent pour des missions strat\u00e9giques<\/strong> : ouverture de filiales, transfert de savoir-faire, pilotage de projets complexes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2685\">Mais face \u00e0 la mondialisation num\u00e9rique, \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e des co\u00fbts et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des attentes des collaborateurs, ce mod\u00e8le se <strong data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2303\">diversifie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n                      <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"sv-u-1 sv-u-m-1-2\">\n        <figure class=\"txt-img__figure m--red-left \">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sagesa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/business-londres-expatriee-540x475.jpg\" alt=\"1. l\u2019\u00e9tranger, parfois pour de longues p\u00e9riodes, <strong data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3238\">sans \u00eatre d\u00e9tach\u00e9s ou expatri\u00e9s au sens juridique du terme<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3239\" data-end=\"3242\" \/>Ils conservent leur contrat initial, mais exercent leur activit\u00e9 depuis un autre pays, par choix personnel ou opportunit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3368\" data-end=\"3788\">Cette tendance, stimul\u00e9e par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, bouleverse les pratiques RH.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3368\" data-end=\"3788\"><br data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3462\" \/>Certaines entreprises ont adopt\u00e9 des politiques de <strong data-start=\"3513\" data-end=\"3537\">\u201cwork from anywhere\u201d<\/strong> ou autorisent leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 travailler <strong data-start=\"3586\" data-end=\"3610\">30 \u00e0 60 jours par an<\/strong> depuis un autre pays.<br data-start=\"3632\" data-end=\"3635\" \/>D\u2019autres exp\u00e9rimentent des <strong data-start=\"3662\" data-end=\"3705\">mobilit\u00e9s transfrontali\u00e8res permanentes<\/strong>, notamment dans les zones \u00e0 forte int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique comme l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3854\">Pour les DRH, cette \u00e9volution suscite de nouvelles questions :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"4062\">\n<li data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"3912\">\n<p data-start=\"3857\" data-end=\"3912\">Comment garantir la conformit\u00e9 juridique et fiscale ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3913\" data-end=\"3979\">\n<p data-start=\"3915\" data-end=\"3979\">Quelles conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et de sant\u00e9 appliquer ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3980\" data-end=\"4062\">\n<p data-start=\"3982\" data-end=\"4062\">Comment pr\u00e9server la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe et la culture d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 nouvelles formes de travail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4542\" data-end=\"4573\">Les risques sont bien r\u00e9els :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4574\" data-end=\"4815\">\n<li data-start=\"4574\" data-end=\"4636\">\n<p data-start=\"4576\" data-end=\"4636\"><strong data-start=\"4576\" data-end=\"4597\">Double imposition<\/strong> du collaborateur ou de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4637\" data-end=\"4697\">\n<p data-start=\"4639\" data-end=\"4697\"><strong data-start=\"4639\" data-end=\"4662\">Affiliation erron\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime de d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5098\" data-end=\"5507\">Pour accompagner ces transformations, les entreprises s\u2019appuient de plus en plus sur des <strong data-start=\"5187\" data-end=\"5244\">partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en Global Mobility Compliance<\/strong>, des <strong data-start=\"5250\" data-end=\"5266\">LegalTech RH<\/strong> ou des <strong data-start=\"5274\" data-end=\"5384\">\u201czones vertes\u201d<\/strong> : une liste de pays o\u00f9 le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail international est autoris\u00e9 car jug\u00e9 s\u00fbr, conforme et administrativement ma\u00eetrisable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5509\" data-end=\"5664\">Cette approche pr\u00e9ventive devient un <strong data-start=\"5546\" data-end=\"5568\">levier strat\u00e9gique<\/strong> : elle s\u00e9curise les mobilit\u00e9s tout en offrant aux collaborateurs la libert\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recherchent.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5666\" data-end=\"5669\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"5671\" data-end=\"5733\">4. Une mobilit\u00e9 internationale plus durable et inclusive<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5735\" data-end=\"5994\">Au-del\u00e0 de la conformit\u00e9, la mobilit\u00e9 internationale se transforme sous l\u2019effet des engagements RSE et des attentes soci\u00e9tales.<br data-start=\"5862\" data-end=\"5865\" \/>Les entreprises sont de plus en plus attentives \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"5915\" data-end=\"5961\">l\u2019impact environnemental, social et humain<\/strong> de leurs politiques de mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5996\" data-end=\"6642\">\n<li data-start=\"5996\" data-end=\"6221\">\n<p data-start=\"5998\" data-end=\"6221\"><strong data-start=\"5998\" data-end=\"6012\">Durabilit\u00e9<\/strong> : certaines organisations int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais la mobilit\u00e9 dans leur <strong data-start=\"6081\" data-end=\"6101\">bilan carbone RH<\/strong>. identifient les profils mobiles, anticipent les besoins de succession internationale et utilisent la mobilit\u00e9 comme <strong data-start=\"7791\" data-end=\"7834\">outil d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et
